Vexorium (Ignition, founder). Contact: the official Discord server linked in About — this is the only channel. Vexorium is a static web client; it does not operate a backend that receives personal data.
What is processed
1) Device-local storage (see Cookies & local data): preferences (language, units, last tab), the risk acknowledgement, optional flash history and BLE pairing keys, an optional app PIN hash. 2) Bluetooth telemetry read from your own scooter (speed, battery, serial number) — displayed locally and never uploaded. 3) Your public IP is necessarily visible to the static host that serves these files; the host keeps its own standard access logs under its own policy.
No data is sold, shared or used for profiling. No automated decision-making. No special categories of data. The scooter serial number is shown to you and stored locally only if you allow optional storage.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of the service you request (connecting to your scooter). Art. 6(1)(a) — consent, for optional storage (flash history, pairing keys), given via the consent banner and revocable at any time in About → Privacy & cookies. Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest for strictly necessary storage (language, risk acknowledgement).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Since all personal data lives only in your browser, erasure is immediate via "Delete local data". You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (AEPD in Spain).
Retention
Local data persists until you delete it or clear site data. Nothing else is retained by Vexorium.
Third parties
The only outbound link is the Discord invite (opens discord.gg; no data is sent until you click and interact with Discord). No CDNs, no embedded widgets, no fonts or scripts from third parties. Firmware binaries are produced and consumed on your device.
Children
Vexorium is a vehicle-diagnostic tool not directed at persons under 16.

Policy version: 2026-09-06. Material changes will be announced in the changelog.

No cookies
Vexorium does not set any HTTP cookies. It uses browser localStorage only, on this device. The table below lists exactly what is stored and why.

These keys are blocked at the storage level until you choose "Allow all". Change or withdraw consent anytime: About → Privacy & cookies → Change consent. Delete everything: Delete local data.
Service worker
A same-origin service worker caches the app files for offline use (Cache API). It stores no personal data and makes no third-party requests.
